HR Committee

HR Committee is designated by MCSC as the responsible party to search and recommend appropriate candidates for executive director and program director positions in the Midwest as needed

  1. Committee performs a thorough background check of the candidates including receiving feedback from all stakeholders such as their former supervisors, colleagues,their community, etc.
  1. Personal and private matters of the candidates that are discussed are confidential and should not be shared with any outside parties by the committee members under any circumstances
  1. Committee can designate one of the members or a third party to perform background checks for the candidates
  1. In case of a conflict of interest, the committee member has to abstain/recuse himself/herself from the meeting
